Please refer to our Shore Excursion page for our tried and tested tours. These shore excursions have been designed with the arrival and departure of your Cruise Line in mind. Moreover any specific tour request will be dealt with on a case by case basis and your tour can be fully customized for your parties enjoyment. These types of tours are handcrafted and each tour itinerary is unique. Certain timings in the year will allow us to include cultural activities, seasonal flowering and gourmet choices where possible.
Every attraction cannot be guaranteed on the day and that the tour will be exactly as described on the advertised itinerary. Weather and unforeseen problems may arise and optional locations will be substituted. In times of inclement weather more indoor attractions will be chosen.
As soon as you have a date, please place an enquiry. At present the amount of guides in Japan does not meet the demand from International visitors. If the date requested is available and you are happy to proceed with the quote, a 25% non refundable deposit via Paypal is required to confirm the shore excursion tour. The date will not be reserved until the payment has been made.
Firstly the location and the date of your Shore Excursion in Japan, the amount of guests you would like to tour with, approximate sizes of the guests to select the most suitable vehicle and any other information such as mobility and dietary issues.
Our Tours are all priced individually and according to your specific needs and requests. Our Shore Excursions are fully customizable and any requests are taken seriously. The final quoted price is fully inclusive with no hidden extra payments.
Yes, provided it's at least three days' notice and availability for your date.
A cruise might not be able to dock for a number of reasons. If this is the case the 25% deposit will be refunded except for a 10% fee that will be issued for incidentals associated with bookings already made for the tour date.A refund of the deposit will not be made available for customers who fail to join the cruise for whatever reason.
International Banking is very convenient in Japan with 7/11 stores the leader in their field with ATM’s in all their locations. The use of an international credit card to withdraw Japanese Yen is by far the easiest way to pay the balance owing and has very low fees to boot. Otherwise you may prepare the balance in currencies like US Dollars and Euro with the previous day's exchange rate determining the final price.
Initially email will suffice. When we get closer to our tour date, SMS, i message and WhatsApp will be used for timely exchange of information. This will be invaluable to provide a seamless pickup at the Port to begin our tours without delay.
